The OCADU website redesign focused on making the site more accessible and easier to use for students, staff, and prospective applicants. I was part of the team that helped shape the redesign by gathering feedback through interviews and drop-in sessions with students and staff.
Using a co-design approach, we worked directly with the people who use the site to understand what wasn't working and what they needed. My role involved organizing and making sense of this feedback so it could be reflected in the site's navigation, content structure, and overall experience.
The result is a website that better meets the needs of the OCADU community. Involving users throughout the process made sure the changes weren't surface-level improvements but actually addressed real issues with how people find and use information.
