TicketPunch is a concept for a concert ticketing app designed to improve how users discover, purchase, and manage event tickets. I created this project as part of my Google UX Design Course, where I learned the fundamentals of user experience design and worked through the entire development process from start to finish.
Through this project, I explored user-centred design principles to address common issues in ticketing, such as hidden fees, ticket scalping, and seat selection difficulties. I conducted research to understand user needs, developed wireframes and interactive prototypes in Figma, and designed custom visual assets using Adobe Illustrator.
